Fatima founded Sukha following 20 years experience working in-house and as a consultant leading teams and projects spanning the corporate, public and voluntary sectors.
Skilled in relationship building and influencing, Fatima has a reputation for successful planning, communication and implementation of complex organisational change projects aligning strategy, people and processes.
Cross-sectoral knowledge and experience as well as time spent working in Eastern and Southern Africa, has given Fatima the sensitivity and expertise to excel in any environment.
A qualified Coach accredited with the International Coaching Federation, Fatima is a practitioner of Myers Briggs Type Indicator and 16pf psychometric tools. Fatima is a Patron of the Peter Jones Enterprise Academy at Westminster Kingsway College in Victoria and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
Martin has worked at board level for many years building successful business in the private sector and designing and delivering change and improvement in the public sector. He has led, shaped and influenced individuals, teams and organisations internationally, nationally and locally.
Matin has been described as visionary and inspiring and has a reputation for leadership, excellent people management and the development of managerial and political leadership capability. His experience coupled with his no nonsense attitude ensures his skills at board development, facilitation and strategic leadership. Martin is a highly effective and compelling consultant.
Deborah is an experienced consultant and project manager, with experience across the public and voluntary sectors. Before joining Sukha Consulting, Deborah spent over a decade in the Civil Service where she was a Senior Civil Servant in Cabinet Office and Department for Education leading policy development and change programmes. During this time Deborah led the Government's work on Early Years policy, led the programme to improve good governance across Whitehall and initiated the cross-government Diversity and Inclusion programme.
Deborah has also worked in Children's Services in local government in Barnet and Westminster. Deborah has been used to continually building outcomes-based thinking into all that she does and has a strong understanding of what drives commissioning and decision making at a senior level. She brings particular expertise in organisational strategy, change management, diversity and inclusion, governance and performance management.
